Zoot Suit: act 2, scene 5-9

Scene 5-9 was interesting, but confusing in some ways. The Zoot Suit book is a really good and interesting book because it was based on 38th street gangs facing a harsh trial about committing murder even though none of the members committed the crime. Also it show how the zoot suiters were treated during that era, and how the Navy officers and policemen would stripped them naked and hit them because they didn't like the Zoot Suits.

  1. I also thought that this play was interested because I've learned many things that can cause trouble and injustice. When Henry and his crew was accused of a crime they didn't commit, the marines were racist against them. Not only were they racist, but abused Henry and his crew for wearing a pachuco suit.
